๐๐ National School Backpack Awareness Day ๐๐
Today we highlight the importance of wearing backpacks the right way to keep our students safe and healthy! Heavy or improperly worn backpacks can cause back and shoulder strain.
โ Choose a backpack that fits your child properly.
โ Pack the heaviest items closest to the back.
โ Encourage students to use both shoulder straps.
At Berryville School District, we care about the well-being of our studentsโon and off the bus, in and out of the classroom. Letโs work together to keep those backpacks safe and comfortable! ๐

Just a reminder that all K-5 students need to be with an adult at all home football games. Please do not bring footballs to throw around, as you should be seated in the bleachers enjoying our Bobcats.

Today we celebrate the tech team that keeps our classrooms connected, our devices running, and our schools safe online. From fixing computers to managing networks, they make sure learning never skips a beat.
A huge thank you to our IT professionals for all you do behind the scenes to support students, staff, and families every single day! ๐๐

๐งโโ๏ธ๐ September is Deaf Awareness Month!
This month, we recognize and celebrate the rich history, language, and culture of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. Itโs also a reminder of the importance of inclusion, accessibility, and understanding.
At Berryville School District, we believe every studentโs voice mattersโwhether spoken, signed, or written!
We also want to recognize our Certified ASL Interpreter, Valerie Deen, for the daily support she provides to the students, the staff and our classrooms.
